After many happy years of teaching, I’m now an Emeritus Fellow in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Southampton. I haven’t retired – I’m refocused and concentrating on writing (and being a granny). This was me with dear colleagues from English at Winter Graduation. I’m working on another novel and another book on Jane Austen which will be published in 2027.
